Army Annual Training is usually a 2 week summertime event to ensure that the unit is up to snuff for any potential missions that may need to be carried out.
Share stories about my Annual Training
1. I acted as Convoy Commander
2. I acted as Range Officer in Charge (OIC)
3. Lessons learned from these events
4. The junior enlisted experience (lots of waiting around)
5. NTC, Ready years, etc.
Overall AT, like drill, like nearly any job depends a lot on the people you surround yourself with, and what you decide to make of the experience.
